Hazel's Birthday!
Wow! It is very hard to believe, but Hazel is one year old!
The party was great! Friends and family gathered on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to celebrate Hazel's first year. The food was awesome, and Hazel especially enjoyed digging in to her first cake. Yum! Yum! Yum! (Thanks Mom!)
Hazel took her 'first step' the day before her birthday, although she's been 'cruising' around holding on to furniture and any laundry basket she may find for weeks. She says 'uh oh', 'duh' (translated means 'done'), "at" (which actually means out), ach (achoo and ouch) and she thinks that food is 'mama'.... hmmmm. She is about 18 pounds (still) and she really does eat, but she also doesn't stop moving!
